- Confirm with a deposit; your vehicle, chauffeur and times are locked.
- The day before, you get your chauffeur's name and number. Changes are handled by text.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you carry our golf bags?
Yes. An SUV takes four bags with passengers; a Sprinter takes a whole foursome's bags with room to spare; for 12 to 16 players we send a Sprinter plus an SUV or a small coach. Tell us the headcount and we size it.
Can we keep the same driver all week?
Yes, that is the usual golf booking: one chauffeur and vehicle for the stay, airport both ways, daily course runs, dinners and casino nights, one quote.
Do you pick up at Palm Springs airport?
Yes, meet-and-greet at baggage claim with the bags loaded while you grab coffee. LAX, Ontario and San Diego pickups too.
Which courses do you serve?
Any course in the valley: PGA West, La Quinta Resort, SilverRock, Indian Wells Golf Resort, Desert Willow, Mission Hills, Tahquitz Creek, Escena, Indian Canyons, Classic Club, Terra Lago and the private clubs.
Is it priced per day or per trip?
Either. Per day for a dedicated vehicle, or per trip for an airport run or a single course transfer. The reservations team quotes both.
Can you also do a Vegas or Temecula day during the trip?
Yes. Palm Springs to Las Vegas and Temecula wine tours are regular add-ons to golf weeks.
